They send pics of the vehicle issues in text or email format. They give you back our old parts if you want them. They honored a warranty on brake rotors that were warped. The brakes were completed with new discs and pads 5 months ago which warped fairly quickly. We do not ride our brakes or tow anything frequently, so we don’t understand why the brakes were warped in 5 months. Garage 47 made it right for us.
